This Eco-neighborhood of 7 homesteads was fully designed and developed from scratch all the way to turn key properties by our Director Brendon Mckeon and our Executive Manager Juan Carlos Mena. All houses include off the grid solar system, solar hot water and pool. The houses are smartly thought out with bioclimatic design that feels so comfortable in the humid tropics that it doesn't require A/C at all.
All homesteads include Food Forest systems and staple garden, Greenhouse cultivation area and a chicken system with rotative pasture. Fish ponds and productive landscapes are all amenities of each one of the homes.
